Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 555ra ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 555ra website available at 555ra.bio and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any part of the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of 555ra including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use 555ra. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 555ra, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. 555ra reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts found to be ineligible, with or without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must hold only one account on 555ra. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 555ra is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, including 555ra's own self-exclusion register. If you have previously self-excluded and seek to re-register, contact 555ra support before creating a new account.

Account Registration and Identity Verification (KYC)

555ra operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming obligations and financial compliance standards. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. 555ra may also request KYC documentation at any time, including during a bonus dispute, at a withdrawal threshold, or following unusual account activity.

• Acceptable KYC documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. At least one government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all players prior to first withdrawal.
• Proof of address may be requested in addition to photo ID, particularly where the account deposit or withdrawal history suggests a high transaction volume. Acceptable proof of address includes a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement (bKash, Nagad) dated within three months.
• 555ra reserves the right to temporarily restrict account access, including suspending deposit and withdrawal functionality, while a KYC review is in progress. Normal account functionality will be restored upon successful completion of verification.
• All personal information submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with 555ra's Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for identity verification services or where mandated by applicable law.
• Players who fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 555ra after a formal request has been made may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold and their account access restricted until the required documentation is received and reviewed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

555ra supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large individual deposits may trigger an enhanced due diligence review under 555ra's compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method belonging to another person.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as stated in the current Cashier section of the platform, which may be updated from time to time.
• 555ra does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Fees charged directly by your payment provider (e.g., mobile banking transaction charges) are outside 555ra's control and are your responsibility.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, 555ra reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your balance accordingly. If a correction results in a negative balance, 555ra may suspend withdrawal access until the matter is resolved.
• Unclaimed balances on accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or may be forfeited in accordance with 555ra's dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any such action is taken.

Bonuses and Promotions

555ra offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer page.
• Bonuses are issued to one eligible account per household, IP address, and payment method. Using multiple accounts or sharing payment methods between accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game(s) designated in the offer. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• 555ra reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable fair use obligations. If a bonus is cancelled after a player has already begun wagering, any remaining unwagered bonus funds will be removed and any qualifying real-money balance will be retained.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held as separate balances. Real-money funds are used for wagering first unless the player actively selects otherwise. Bonus wagering requirements apply only to the bonus balance. A player may forfeit their bonus at any time by contacting 555ra support; real-money balances will not be affected by such a forfeiture.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 555ra are supplied by third-party licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which take precedence over any general description on the 555ra platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by the respective game provider. 555ra does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game round, the game provider's server logs constitute the definitive record of the game state at the point of interruption. Bets already placed at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the provider's official rules for that game type.
• Sports betting markets on 555ra are offered in accordance with the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked. 555ra reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered due to a manifest error in the odds.
• Any player found to be using automated betting tools, bots, scripting software, or any other system that provides an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the platform will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings derived from such activity forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 555ra. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities. This list is not exhaustive; 555ra reserves the right to take action against any conduct that it reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 555ra, including falsifying identity documents.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including through chip dumping in poker, coordinated lay betting, or any form of match-fixing related activity on sporting events offered on 555ra.
• Using the 555ra platform to launder money, structure transactions to circumvent reporting thresholds, or otherwise facilitate financial crime of any kind. 555ra is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, interfere with, or otherwise compromise the technical security of the 555ra platform, its game integrations, or any associated data systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555ra customer support staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media directed at 555ra representatives.

Responsible Gaming

555ra is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players at any time and can be activated by contacting 555ra support.

• Deposit limits allow players to set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or calendar month. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
• Session time reminders notify a player when a pre-set period of continuous play has elapsed. Players may set reminders in intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. When a reminder triggers, the player is shown a notification and given the option to continue or end the session.
• Self-exclusion enables a player to voluntarily exclude themselves from the 555ra platform for a defined period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity and all marketing communications from 555ra will be suspended.
• Cooling-off periods provide a short-term break from the platform of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without requiring full self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, deposits are disabled but withdrawal functionality remains available so that players can access their funds at any time.

Account Suspension and Termination

555ra reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated or that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure.

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any eligibility requirement, including age misrepresentation, use of a prohibited jurisdiction, or registration under false personal details. In such cases, any remaining balance — including winnings — may be forfeited in full.
• Evidence or strong suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting tools, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms. 555ra will provide written notice of the grounds for suspension where legally permissible.
• A player may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 555ra support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555ra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, whether caused by technical failure, third-party game provider error, payment processing delay, or any other cause beyond 555ra's reasonable control.

555ra provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. 555ra shall not be liable for any loss incurred by a player as a result of a platform outage, provided that such outage was not caused by 555ra's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Amendments to These Terms

555ra reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 555ra will provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered contact method, the platform's notification system, or a prominent notice on the 555ra website, no fewer than 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate amendment is required to address a legal, regulatory, or security concern.

Continued use of the 555ra platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. The current version of these Terms is always the version published at 555ra.bio/terms-conditions, and the effective date is displayed at the top of that page.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to 555ra's customer support team, who will aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, escalation procedures will be communicated to the player in writing. 555ra's formal complaint and dispute resolution process is described in full in the FAQ section of the platform. Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the English language.
